Stephanie Bavaro lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, three daughters, and two gay cats. She published her first piece, "Ode to a Toad" in Cricket magazine at the age of nine. Since then, she has done some freelance writing, published several romance short stories, and been awarded Honorable Mention for the Lorain Hemingway International Short Story competition as well as "Writer's Works" short story competition. On another creative level she is lead singer in a rock band. She is professionally adequate in the world of advertising and marketing. Someday, she'll win the "American Idol" geriatric version and reside in Santa Monica.
